At Claims App LLC (“Claims”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to ensuring our services provide measurable value. This Refund Policy outlines the limited circumstances under which users may be eligible for a refund. This policy applies exclusively to payments made directly to Claims App LLC through the official app store listings or our website.

1. Money-Back Guarantee (First-Year Use Only)

We offer a limited Money-Back Guarantee for new customers during their first twelve (12) months of paid access. If your account does not yield financial recovery equal to or greater than the amount you paid to Claims during that time period, you may be eligible to request a refund.

This applies to all eligible payment plans, including monthly, annual, or one-time access purchases, provided the following conditions are met.

2. Refund Eligibility Requirements

Refunds will only be granted if all of the following criteria are met:

  • You have made a valid payment directly to Claims through the app or website.

  • The cumulative financial recovery (settlement payouts, refunds, reimbursements) generated through the Claims platform during your first twelve (12) months is less than the total amount paid to Claims.

  • The refund request is submitted no later than thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the initial twelve-month period.

  • Your account has not previously received a refund from Claims under any circumstance.

  • Your account is in good standing, with no record of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.

All refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Claims App LLC.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must email team@claims.so with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • Your full name and email address associated with your Claims account

  • The date of your original payment and proof of payment

  • A concise explanation of why you believe you qualify

Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed. We may request additional documentation to confirm eligibility.

If approved, refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days to the original payment method.

4. Ineligibility and Denial Criteria

Refund requests will be automatically denied if:

  • Your total payouts or benefits through Claims equal or exceed your total payments

  • The request is submitted outside the 30-day post-eligibility window

  • Any account activity violates our Terms of Service, including but not limited to fraudulent claims, deceptive usage, multiple account creation, or manipulation of service functionality

  • You have previously received a refund or reimbursement under this or any prior version of the refund policy

  • The payment was made through unauthorized or third-party channels

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that appears to be made in bad faith or in violation of the spirit of this policy.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

This Refund Policy applies only to subscription or one-time fees paid directly to Claims. It does not cover:

  • Government filing or administrative fees

  • Partner or third-party service charges

  • App Store fees or payment processor fees

  • Any damages, delays, or issues caused by third-party entities, including settlement administrators, financial institutions, or data providers

Claims App LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from denied claims, platform inaccessibility, payout delays, or eligibility determinations.

6. Refund Policy Scope and Final Discretion

All refund decisions are made solely by Claims App LLC based on data stored within our platform, including your claim activity, submission history, payment records, and usage metrics. Claims reserves the right to interpret all data in good faith and to make final determinations without obligation to disclose internal methodology.

This policy does not constitute a contractual guarantee. We may amend or revoke this policy at any time. Any such change will not affect refunds for users whose eligibility period falls under a prior version of this policy.
