1. Overview
Claims App LLC (“Claims,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of users who access or use our mobile application and website (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we store it, and your rights under applicable laws including U.S. privacy laws, GDPR (if applicable), and Apple App Store Guidelines.
By using our Services, you consent to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue all use of the Services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
a) Information You Provide Directly:
Personal Information: Name, email address, age, gender (optional)
Survey Responses: Your answers to onboarding questions (e.g., brands you’ve used, purchase history, eligibility)
Notification Preferences: Whether you opted in to receive notifications
User Feedback and Support Requests
b) Information Collected Automatically:
Device identifiers (UUID, IP address, device type)
OS version, screen resolution, language settings
Usage data: session times, click actions, screen views
Referral source (e.g., from App Store or web)
c) In-App Form Data (NEW):
As of October 2025, we now collect and store sensitive user data via in-app forms, which may include:
Class action claim form responses
Legal eligibility indicators (e.g., product usage, proof of purchase)
Email addresses used to file claims
Submission timestamps and confirmation records
All data collected through these forms is encrypted, securely stored in our backend infrastructure (powered by Supabase), and only accessible by authorized Claims App LLC personnel.
3. Purpose of Data Collection
We collect and process your data solely for the following purposes:
To assess your eligibility for legal claims and settlements
To notify you about potential class action payouts or refund opportunities
To auto-fill or assist with the submission of forms (where permitted)
To track completion of onboarding and ensure personalized user experience
To maintain logs for audit, compliance, and fraud prevention
To comply with legal obligations and respond to court orders
We do not use your data for third-party advertising or monetization.
4. How Your Data is Stored
All form data and personal information is securely stored in Supabase databases
Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
Admin access is restricted via 2FA and role-based permissions
Data backups are rotated every 35 days
We retain user data only as long as legally or operationally necessary
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your information is shared only in these limited scenarios:
With our infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase, Vercel) under strict DPA (Data Processing Agreements)
With class action administrators or legal authorities only if a claim is being filed on your behalf (explicit consent is obtained)
With law enforcement when legally obligated to do so
In the case of an acquisition or merger (with user data protections intact)
6. Notification & Communication
If you opt in to push notifications, we will send:
Claim eligibility alerts
Claim deadlines
Payout status updates
You may disable notifications at any time in your device settings. We do not send promotional or third-party marketing messages.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access or export your personal data
Request deletion of your account and data
Correct inaccurate information
Withdraw consent

Requests will be honored within 30 days.
8. Children’s Data
Our app is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it immediately.
9. International Users
All data is stored and processed in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., you acknowledge that your data will be subject to U.S. laws and transferred accordingly.

We may update this policy periodically. All updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after an update indicates acceptance.
